    • P-287 Missile Support Facility NSF – Dahlgren, VA

      Owner: US Navy 


      Description: Demolition, asbestos abatement, site restoration of 120k sf building over 4.5 acres 


      Duration: March 2019-September 2019 

    • Demolition of National Airport Hangars 11/12- Reagan National Airport

      Owner: MWAA 


      Description: Demolition, asbestos abatement of 2 large Hangers on National Airport 


       Duration: July 2017-November 2018 

    • P-913 Naval Computer & Telecom – Norfolk, VA

      Owner: US Navy 


      Description: Demolition, asbestos abatement of multiple buildings. Approximately 200k sf of buildings demolished as well as onsite concrete crushing/recycling. 


       Duration: July 2018- December 2019 

    • Richmond Airport – Richmond, VA

      Owner: City of Richmond 


      Description: Demolition, asbestos abatement and site restoration of multiple buildings. 


      Duration: February 2014-May 2016

      Description: Demolition of 10 story building in Springfield, VA 

    • Bailes Lane/Frederick Municipal Airport – Frederick, MD

      Owner: City of Frederick, MD 


      Description: Demolition of 15 buildings, crushing of slabs & foundation for site reuse.  Site grading and stabilization of 9 acre site, capping of utilities, repaving, clearing and grubbing the site demolition required. 


       Duration: November 2015-March 2016 

    • Demolition of Former Products Safety Commission Site – Gaithersburg, MD

      Owner: City of Gaithersburg, MD 


      Description: Demolition of 8 buildings and site restoration.  Crushing of slabs & foundation for site reuse.  Site grading and stabilization of 6 acre site, capping of utilities, repaving, clearing and grubbing the site demolition required 


      Duration: May 2015-March 2016 

    • Navy Annex – Arlington, VA

      Owner: Corinthian Contractors and Demolition Services Inc. (Joint Venture) 


      Description: Demolition of the old Navy Annex building for expansion of Arlington National Cemetery.  A large scale project incorporating the use of our high reach excavator to reach the highest point of the 7 story structure along with a multitude of excavators.  Concrete from this project was crushed on site and re purposed to multiple projects in the region.  The project included removal of multiple slabs with a total demolition area of over 1,000,000 sq. ft.

    • Demolition of Military Housing – 4 phases

      Demolition of Military Housing – 4 phases 


      Owner: Hunt Building Co., LTD – Langley Air Force Base Privatized Family Housing 


      Description: Demolition of multiple family housing units. This project is a multi-phase project spanning over several years. Project also includes land clearing, asbestos abatement, utility demo and recycling of concrete to meet site specs.
